Country Captain is a legendary curry dish found in the Low Country of South Carolina and Georgia dating back to the 1800s. While the original is rich and savory, Erin’s granola version is a divinely light and sweet twist, made with whole grain oats, almonds, coconut, honey, and, of course, a hefty sprinkle of curry powder. It goes wonderfully with a fruit salad and a squeeze of lime.

Erin's Granola began with one goal in mind: To make a delicious granola that people could feel good about eating and feeding their friends and family. We wanted a granola that was lightly sweetened with natural sweeteners, not loaded with sugar. We wanted a granola with an easy-to-eat texture that reflected the delightful flavors of the South. Ultimately we wanted to bring Southern charm to "crunchy granola"—and we think you will love it!
